Gemcliff has been established since 1974. Providing an office, window, factory and, industrial cleaning to retail, industry, government/ Local Authorities and other facility managed contracts, to a broad customer base throughout the North West of England.

Operating from premises in Wallasey, Manchester and North Wales, the company provides efficient and quality services at affordable prices.

In 1993 we were one of the first Contract cleaning, contract organisations to be awarded the recognised quality accreditation that has been upgraded to BS EN ISO9002:1994.

The company operates systems that enable the achievement of quality standards that are accepted by its customers and find that the services we provide is value for money.

The initial objective is to provide Contract Cleaning services to the whole spectrum of industry and commerce was achieved by the determination and dedication from our Managing Director, Mr. Edward Conroy. The Managing Director and Co-directors demand "perfection in performance" from all the senior managerial staff and this principle percolate down throughout the whole structure of the company.

The company recognises the benefits of a formal, documented approach to Quality Assurance and operates a quality system designed to meet the requirements of the BS EN ISO9002:1994 International standard.

Gemcliff have found since the implementations of the Quality System, it has helped them deliver what their customer’s order, consistently on time, spot product or service deficiencies, improve future process and mainly improve our competitiveness without reducing quality.

In 1996 the company was restructured into five main divisions i.e.

Each division is headed by the Director with specific responsibility for that division and who is available at all times, should the need arise.

As a further insight to our company, we have now introduced for our clients the added feature of Facilities Management. Which we can provide the complete range of services that will enhance your efficiency in business through which we can provide a whole range of services all under one roof e.g. Building & Maintenance, Janitorial suppliers, Portable Appliance Testing services, Washroom services and Painting & Decorating, etc.
